Hi,

I had the same problem after updating my installation to the new versions.
After removing the ssh configuration files from my folder and starting
eclipse from the commandline i was asked to enter the password and
regenerate the keys.

My problem was solves after that.

I'm running mac os x, eclipse 3.4.2 build M20090211-1700, svn 1.6 and the
latest subclipse plugin.

Hope this solves your problem as well.

greetings

Ronni
