[Subclipse-users] [Subclipse-users] Is a "conditional submit" possible?

When a user requests to commit some s/w, I would like to make sure it
compiles (warning free too). I would also like to pull it's regression tests
and run those, forbidding that commit if any fail.

I can script that, but is there any hook from which to hang my script?
