Did you use TortoiseSVN 1.6 or something? That'd update the working
copy format.

SSH is setup really differently for JavaHL (a lot more complicated).
SVNKit support for SVN 1.6 is not out yet. I'd suggest you go back to
1.4 and be careful not to use SVN 1.6 tools with these working copies
until you can update.

There is a lot of info on the web for setting up SSH on Windows. You
could try to get it working. If you get it working with TortoiseSVN
it will also work in Subclipse and JavaHL.
