I've never run out of heap with it set to 512m. I probably do not use
projects as big as yours.

Can't say. I've never used it for anything more than testing. SVN is
a heck of a lot faster on Linux I can say though.

Yes, no reason for you to be on 1.6 currently. Be great if SVNKit
comes out with a Beta soon. I'll post it when they do.
