[Subclipse-users] quick-diff markers disappeared

I have been running subclipse for several months in eclipse 3.4 (Ganymede). Recently (last week or so), the quick-diff markers as well as the information about svn version that usually appears for each file have all disappeared. I think I must have accidentally turned off some flag in preferences but darned if I can find it. Can anyone help?
