pserver is a CVS protocol. Subversion does not suport it. If you are
seeing it in the UI you must be adding a CVS repository.
The URL you would enter in Subclipse would be:
http://phyman.svn.beanstalkapp.com/phyman_work/
Subversion uses the HTTP protocol to talk to your server.
