Let it share the project (which will just connect it to Subclipse).
Then disconnect it again and remove the metadata.

Are you sure you do not want to just "relocate" the WC so that is is
pointing at new repository? You should only disconnect and share
again if you are looking to commit a brand new copy into the
repository.

To relocate, go to the SVN Repositories view, right-click on old
repository and take relocate option. Then enter the new URL for the
repository.
