[Subclipse-users] [Subclipse-users] Checkout issues (with answer)

I was getting SVN client problems with a checkout until I created my own
folder in the workspace.

I hadn't touched any svn projects in a long time but Eclipse had been
updating my subclipse install. I tried an update to my svn project and it
failed. Then tried to do checkouts and they failed. I solved it by
explicitly creating a workspace folder before the checkout. Go figure ..
