I did not ever see a stack trace so it may not be the exact same code path
that caused the problem. But I did experience the behavior when I tried to
"branch" a multi-project / Maven project. I had checked the "switch working
copy to branch" check box. The behavior I got was a bit different than this
post though in that my code had committed to the correct place in SVN and
all code arrived safely. If I remember correctly when I clicked OK on the
error message I noticed the switch had not happened.
I tried to dig up more from the .log, but there was nothing there. My SVN
console, which I did not see at the moment of the error has been cleared by
subsequent actions. I did find the exact error message that I google'd and
brought me to this post:
An internal error occurred during: "SVN Branch/Tag". Attempted to beginRule:
F/data-registry/src/test/java/gov/nasa/arc/cx/da/registry, does not match
outer scope rule: P/data-architecture
Anyway, sorry I can't dig up more.
HTH,
Tim
