[Subclipse-users] Error: Cannot create a file when that file already exists

Hi!

I selected "Override and update" on a project and got this error

Cannot create a file when that file already exists.
svn: Can't create directory 'C:\Documents and Settings\me\Desktop\Work\eclipse workspaces\3.4.1_XYZ\Sources_for_build_verify\SomeOriginalFiles\foo\foo\FooApps\Foo\Software\Eval\Bar\FRG654\ESD\TCPIP-APPS\.svn': Cannot create a file when that file already exists.

What is exactly wrong ?
Update should overwrite existing files, right ?
And .svn folders are used and handled by svn ?

Confused ...

Versions:
Eclipse 3.4.1 and Subclipse 1.4.5 (JavaHL 1.5.4).

Regards,
David
