I am not even sure if we control that menu. I'd guess the order is
the order in which the "pages" were added to the view.

Why don't you just Synch all SVN projects in your workspace in one
"Synchronize" action? That is what I do. Then you see all projects
in the view at the same time. If you take the Synchronize ... action
on that drop-down it launches a wizard that allows you to do that.
You could also easily switch to 2 synchronizes of 10 projects each
etc...
