[Subclipse-users] Not updating new files from repository

Subclipse 1.4.5
JavaHL 1.5.2.1

Hi!

A teammate created some new files and directories in the repository.
I already have a super direcotry checked out as a project.

If I synchronize, I only see in the Incoming Mode a few (not all)
new directories and their subdirectories are show as a file, not directories.
They have a papersheet icon. (and sometimes a number in parentheses after the filename).

"Update on them" or parent object in tree does not work. The Console says:
update C:/Documents and Settings/stein/.../PC_DotNet/TestProjects/SendMsgViaComPort C:/Documents and Settings/stein/.../PC_DotNet/DemoApplications/X_Simulator -r 1094 --force
    Skipped C:/Documents and Settings/stein/.../PC_DotNet/TestProjects/SendMsgViaComPort
    Skipped C:/Documents and Settings/stein/.../PC_DotNet/DemoApplications/VAS5143_Simulator

Any idea what is going on ?

If I check out the PC_DotNet directory as new project, all files get copied,
without any problem. It is just the updating of the existing project that has
problems.

Regards,
David
