The answers in this thread are for a completely different issue than
you. So nothing I asked here is relevant to your problem. This user
successfully installed Subclipse and is having a problem at runtime.
You are having a problem with install.

Eclipse is responsible for the install process. I'd try Google and
searching their newsgroups for the error messages you are getting.
