While I'd like to figure out the problem, another option is to install
the CollabNet binaries for OSX. These install into a different
location from MacPorts so they can coexist. If you point Eclipse at
/opt/subversion/lib you can see if it can load the JavaHL that it
provides.

It also puts a symlink in /Library/Java/Extensions so you might be
able to get away with having nothing special in eclipse.ini
