Hi,
do you have a dll with a name like svnjavahl.dll anywhere on your system
(assuming you are using Windows)?

I experienced today a similar problem. On the computer with the Subversion
server installed it works like a charm, but on the other machines svn info
works not. I assume this is because the dll is missing. Currently
subclipse.tigris.org is down, so I can't download the dll right now and
check.

I realized also that SvnAnt doesn't work with SvnKit yet (using
javahl="false" and svnkit="true"). But Svnkit would be the much better
choice, because I don't need a dll, but just the jars(?).
