Brian,

You have me stumped on this one.

The bug looks pretty much identical to this:

Except I know that it is fixed in SVN 1.5.1 and the list of DLL's in
your crash report shows it is loading the "right ones".

The fact that it works for one user and not another would tell me the
difference is PATH, but it does look like the right DLL's all loaded.
