[Subclipse-users] Problem with Subversion / Subclipse on OS X Leopard

Hello there,

Am using OS X Leopard (10.5.4), Subversion 1.5.1, and Subclipse 1.4.2
(installed in Eclipse 3.4.0).

I created an alias inside my /etc/hosts file which points to the IP
Address of my svn repos (called simply).

On my OS X Tiger PowerBook, I am able to use Subclipse (using Eclipse
3.4) and the command line to check in and check out files to my
repository.

However, I am unable to do this on Leopard...

When I try to add the repository location inside Eclipse by using the
SVN Repositories view, I receive this dialog box:

"Error validating location:
"org.tigris.subversion.javahl.ClientException: Network connection
closed unexpectedly
svn: Connection closed unexpectedly"

When I try to check out code from the command line (on OS X Leopard),
I receive the following error:

untz_at_Falcon:~/tmp$ svn checkout svn+ssh://untz@simply/var/svn/simply
ssh: connect to host simply port 22: Operation timed out
svn: Connection closed unexpectedly

I don't understand why it works on OS X Tiger (using the same version
of software) but not on OS X Leopard...

Would appreciate it if someone could assist me regarding this very
annoying issue...

-Unnsse
