I am having the exact same problem. I have about 40 projects in my
workspace that were imported from an existing directory tree (the
projects all share a revisioned 'trunk' folder). The directory tree
was checked out from the 'trunk' root separately from Eclipse.
The projects were imported using File -> Import -> Existing Projects
into Workspace
The projects were *not* copied into my workspace.
I'm on Windows XP; Eclipse 3.4; Subclipse 1.4.1
Has there been an issue filed for this, yet? Any other info that I can provide?
