Yes, the svnkit plugin is listed there as well as in Help | About |
Plug-in Details.

I see a couple of warnings in the Error Log view related to the
Sublipcse Mylyn plugins because I don't have Mylyn installed.
Removing the Subclipse Mylyn plugins and deleting the workspace log
file resolves these warnings. I don't have any other errors/warnings.

Ok. To avoid confusion, I first removed the SVNKit plugin that was
included with Subclipse from my plugins directory. I then added the
above URL to Eclipse's software update sites and installed the plugin.
 When I restart Eclipse, I don't see the SVNKit plugin listed in the
plugin registry, however, it is listed under Eclipse's Software
Updates and Addon-ons window as "Installed Software". I don't see any
org.tmatesoft.* files in my plugins directory. No errors in the Error
Log or elsewhere. I then manually downloaded the jar from
http://eclipse.svnkit.com/1.2.x/plugins/org.tmatesoft.svnkit_1.2.0.4502.jar
and put it in my plugins directory, but the plugin still doesn't load.
