What OS are you running on? Did you install the JavaHL plugin? You
obviously did not install the SVNKit plugin.

For JavaHL, on Windows we provide everything you need. On all other
OS, you need to provide the JavaHL native library. CollabNet
Subversion includes this library, but I need to know your OS to tell
you what to do next.

If you are on Windows, you just need to go back to the update site and
install JavaHL.
