[Subclipse-users] infinite loop during disconnect with mylyn

While trying to disconnect a project using Eclipse 3.4 and subclipse 1.4, I
seem to be hitting an infinite loop. I'm disconnecting by right clicking on
the project, team, disconnect. Eclipse's CPU usage goes to nearly 100%.

I killed eclipse, and then re-ran it from the terminal so I could dump the
threads. When Eclipse started up again, the project was marked as
disconnected. I reconnected it and then tried disconnecting it. It
locked up again so I did a ctrl-\ in the terminal to dump all the threads.
Below is a link to a file with 2 dumps spaced about a minute apart. There
is one thread that is going through subclipse into mylyn and a minute later
it is still in basically the same place.

Perhaps this is a bug in mylyn but because it happens when I use the
subclipse disconnect option I thought I'd start here.
