Take a look at the JavaHL API, it is very simple. There is no
possibility that Subclipse, or Subversive, is involved in this working
or not. Subversive supports SVN 1.4 still. DId you get it working
with SVN 1.5. As I said before, there are a lot of people reporting
your exact problem with SVN 1.5 command line and TortoiseSVN:
