You have to install either JavaHL or SVNKit. For JavaHL, you must
supply a native Subversion 1.5.0 version of the library. For SVNKit,
it is all installed, but still in catch up mode for the 1.5 release.

You can install the CollabNet client RPM on most versions of Linux and
it includes JavaHL and will work.
