Does that mean I need to uninstall the Mylyn 3.0,
Then install the Mylin 2.x and the Subclipse Integration ?

Will the CollabNet Desktop suport Mylyn 3.0 soon ?

No, it isn't. The merge client is part of the CollabNet Desktop. You
need a version of Eclipse 3.4 without Mylyn 3.0 since we currently
only support 2.x. The update site includes the latest 2.x version
with Eclipse 3.4 support.
