There is no way Subclipse is doing it. Probably a bug in SVNKit. I'd
report it to support_at_svnkit.com (and I would use JavaHL). The
CollabNet client RPM for RedHat installs and runs on all versions of
Linux I have tried. Just add
-Djava.library.path=/opt/CollabNet_Subversion/lib to your eclipse.ini
file and you are good to go.

I've tried the RPM, on RHEL 3,4,5, CentOS, Suse, Debian and Ubuntu.
