If I delete the file "filename.ext" from windows explorer then run
synchronize I get both filename.ext and Filename.ext showing up for removal.
When I commit the change it deletes the file from the repository.
However, when I "revert" that change to get the file back and re-commit it I
can now sync and I don't see the extra file anymore!
Thanks!
