Thank you for answering the question, but I do not really appreciate
your tone on the rest of it. The final RC I was speaking of was for
Subversion, of which I am also involved, and I am pretty busy with
that. I will get to it when I can. I actually do not intend to apply
your patch as is, I want to figure out how to add separate language
pack plugins and move the translations to those. I'd probably apply
your patch and then svn move it. We have had a lot of users make the
same request as this user and I think it would be better to make the
translations optional.

Finally, since several users made the Babel suggestion, I was hoping
someone would take the initiative to find out what it would take for
us to be using that project as a way to manage translations.
