Could the below be added to the
FAQ
http://subclipse.tigris.org/faq.html#get-javahl
in the windows stanza
I have tried to create a patch to apply against
http://subclipse.tigris.org/faq.html
If something else is needed, some one can guide me off list.

<p><b>Windows:</b> JavaHL is included as part of Subclipse. You do not
need to do anything.</p>
+<p><b>Windows without subclipse:</b> JavaHL can be found on the main
+subversion.tigris.org site under Documents & files section (Subversion/Releases/Windows) </p>
+
<p><b>OS X:</b> We recommend that you install the Subversion package from openCollabNet.
This package includes JavaHL and installs everything in a way that it is recognized by Subclipse.
Download the package at <a href="http://downloads.open.collab.net/binaries.html">
