Ideally it should not make any difference. There are cases where one
is easier or better than the other. For example, SVNKit is easier to
use via svn+ssh:// UNLESS you have an existing SSH client
infrastructure setup that you want to use.

I would normally recommend and prefer that users use JavaHL unless
they have a specific problem that using SVNKit solves for them.

I use JavaHL and do virtually all testing using it.
