[Subclipse-users] Source Code Templates

Hi all,
In one of our projects we have source code that gets modified by the
build process before compilation and every time we build the files are
flagged as modified. Is there a way around this? For auto-generated code
we just use the ignore flag and avoid to check in the code, but in this
case we have a template that gets modified during build and therefore we
need this template to be in the repository.
We are kind of looking for a function where we initially can check out
code and then flag the code as ignored...
Cheers
Goran
