They should already be there. There are more DLL's than that. You
also need the ones that are in the main svn-win32-1.4.6.zip file.
(Also you do not need to JAR).

I would suggest you delete all of the Subclipse folders from the
features and plugins folders. Start Eclipse with the -clean option
and then install Subclipse again.
