[Subclipse-users] Unable to install Subclipse 1.2.4 plugin to Eclipse 3.2.1, error, help!

Subclipse community,

I'm trying to install the Subclipse plug-in(1.2.4) to Eclipse 3.2.1.
I'm actually inside the Rational Software Architect tool which is using
the Eclipse 3.2.1 environment. I went through the steps outlined for
installation, added the new Remote Site, it found the Subclipse feature
to download and install from the Remote Site, I selected the feature,
and when I select 'Yes' to the License Agreement, I get an error, and if
I try to continue, the plugin does not get installed. I have attached
screenshots of the steps where I encounter the error and also
screenshots of the error log inside Eclipse which provides more detail.

Any ideas as to why this is happening?
