Subclipse 1.3.x is the development stream for the next release. It
requires the also in development SVN 1.5. As such, we are
coordinating our builds with the releases of SVN development binaries
on this site:

http://merge-tracking.open.collab.net/

When SVN moves to the release candidate phase we will post an update
site for our releases as well.

You should be using Subclipse 1.2.4 if you want to use a release
version. That is the best version for Eclipse 3.3. If you want to
use that Maven plugin, than you would have to install the Subclipse
development stream build.
