[Subclipse-users] Protecting .svn-base Files

From: Zack Grossbart <zgrossbart_at_novell.com>

Hello,

Subversion will create a copy of each file that is checked out in the
working copy in the .svn/text-base folder with a .svn-base extension. If
you edit this file Subversion will give you a checksum error and will not
let you check in. Does Subclipse do anything special to protect these files
from being accidentally edited by Eclipse? If a user tries to edit one of
these files will Subclipse prevent them?

Thank you,
Zack
