How should people find out about subclipse?

Someone has posted the info, years ago:-(

Looking at Eclipse Plugin Central (thats what any new user of eclipse
is supposed to do) will reveal a couple of plugins for subversion. And
my perception is that subclipse will be the last to try out(Because of
the old info).
