I have been meaning to post some instructions on doing this.
tigris.org should be getting upgraded sometime in the next few months
and when it does we will have a Wiki, so I had been waiting for that.

You basically just need to checkout the projects in

http://subclipse.tigris.org/svn/subclipse/trunk/subclipse

The current trunk code requires SVN 1.5. If you are on Windows, the
DLL's you need are in an included plugin you will checkout.
