Keep in mind, it is not a preference, it is an SVN property. You have
to set it on a parent folder of a location where you are deleting
files (it could be the project root folder). It has to be a folder in
the working copy though.

The property name is DeferFileDelete and it is a boolean. So set it
to true if you want deletes to be ignored.
