Thanks for your rapid answer!
But when I checkout my project, Subclipse doesn't ask me what kind of
project I want...
He always select "check out as a project in the workspace" option and never
the New Project Wizard!
I will test many other ways to checkout, from different repositories and
different PHP projects which are not in my Eclipse workspace.
I will say you if they work.

Have you selected "PHP Project" in the Project Wizzard during the
initial checkout?
