Hi,
the mentioned update site link is not up-to-date.
You have to do following:
Add the following sites for Eclipse 3.3:
http://download.eclipse.org/tools/mylyn/update-archive/1.0.1/e3.3
AND
http://download.eclipse.org/tools/mylyn/update/e3.3

The 1.01-archive includes the required files to be able to update to the
current version
Choose only the features from 1.01
