I am not aware of any issues with Subclipse that cause Eclipse to
crash. Well that is not true, there is the problem with APR iconv on
Windows but that is rare and crashes so soon that it does not cause
other problems. Are you getting the Java PermGen space crashes that
impact just about everyone with 3.3.1? If so, you should grab the
just released 3.3.1.1.

Maybe Team > Disconnect and then Team > Share? Do not delete the .svn
metadata when disconnecting.
