We have a "policy" of using the binaries they release on tigris.org.
I believe those use 0.25.5. I believe the plan for Subversion 1.5 is
to update to 0.27.x. For now, you'd have to do your own build and
replace the DLL's inside the JavaHL Win32 plugin folder.
