so it works deleting and adding the renamed directories for the packages, and
then deleting all the sources and the adding them again (with the new name).
If you are right, the problem should be that after the refactoring of the
directories there should be a commit, right? Is there a way now to split this
into two steps? Maybe creating first (manually) a structure of the packages?
