You mean that you get logged out from your local session?

This is weird... are you maybe exceeding some hard memory or CPU quotas?
Perhaps getting a bus error? Can you check the system logs for any
diagnostic information?

Your Operating System session is definitely out of Subclipse's or even
Eclipse's reach.
