Shumisha:

Perhaps you could move the folder, check out the project, then do a file compare on the two directories, moving back what is new. That is what we do. We develop on Macs, and BBEdit is the tool of choice for this task. Although I am a very new user to Subversion, there certainly (probably) might be a better way.
