There is an open issue for this:

This one I have never seen or recall it being reported. Producing the
list of outgoing files is generally pretty easy, not sure what would
be going wrong for you.

I generally just Synchronize all projects in my workspace, pin the
synchronization and have it refresh automatically every hour using the
schedule feature. The refresh is only needed for new incoming
changes. Outgoing changes should appear in the view as soon as they
are made.

This list is not very high traffic and does not receive SPAM. Please
just subscribe to it.
