See that the command line does. Execute the command with your current
directory set to some location outside the working copy, like C:\Temp
and then enter full paths for everything just as you see in the SVN
Console.

If the command line behaves just like Subclipse we can possibly take
this to users@subversion and see if anyone has any idea why it is
doing this.
