[Subclipse-users] Cross Platform Commits

Hi all,
        i notice that issue number 527 concerning cross project commits
has been marked as resolved and is awaiting inclusion to the 1.4
release. I was wondering is there a stable build i can download which
has this fix in it or will i have to pull my own version of the source
from SVN and compile it? Is the subclipse source in a stable enough
condition to do this and when is the 1.4 release (tentitively) scheduled
for?
