Do you have access to the server logs? It sounds like something
unexpected happened inside the SSH connection and it is blocking
waiting for a return. You might try reporting this at
http://svnkit.com/ as they might be able to suggest some logging you
could turn on.
Have you tried using JavaHL and Putty or TortoisePlink? Actually, the
better question would be if you have tried to get the command line to
work. I'd probably do that before trying JavaHL.
