[Subclipse-users] Mysterious Folder

Now it has catched me, too.
One folder has lost it versioned state. Inside eclipse it is displayed
as the unversioned Folder upload.

suhbclipse says it is unversioned, and under Team i can add it to
version control. Since it is already in the repository, it can not be
comitted.
I checked .svn/entries and this folder is not there. So i think it got
lost, but how?
I tried TortoiseSVN and it displays this folder as versioned.
After editing upload.xhtml (and saving) a commit on the folder
view(which directly contains upload) says that there are no changed files.
A commit on the folder upload commits the changed file, and magically
upload is versioned again.
How can this happen? This was not the only folder in my project to which
this happens:-(
