Browse should be browsing the repository you selected in the previous
page. It sounds like the URL for that repository does not exist. For
example, you might have entered the URL for the repository as:

url://server/repos/trunk

And now trunk does not exist.

Generally, I would recommend that you enter the URL to the root of the
repository when defining a connection.
